The LLP Property PCC Limited
The Fund will be is cell of the LLP Property PCC Limited. The board of directors of the PCC control and manage the Fund with benefit of advice from PF Advisors Limited, the Property Advisor. The PCC also retains an independent consultant with experience of the residential and commercial property markets. The directors of the PCC are Adrian Howe, Nick Hannah and Robert Guest. The PCC and its directors, are wholly independent of the Property Advisor.

Charlie Cunningham – Director
Charlie trained as a barrister and is an experienced financier. He was a founder shareholder and Corporate Finance Director of finnCap, the leading Small Cap Broker. He specialises in structuring and delivering financing for projects and businesses and over £600 million was delivered during his time at finnCap. Charlie has led numerous corporate transactions and has extensive fund experience. Charlie is the CEO of Fresh Start Living Limited, the fast growing property developer which specialises in acquiring and transforming under-performing property into revenue generating assets. Charlie will be responsible for advising the board of the PCC and providing a range of services including the sourcing and negotiating the terms of the property investments of the fund to maximise returns for investors.
Philip Gay – Director
Philip was the Managing Director of Peter Beckwith’s holding company – PMB Holdings – from 1993 to April 2012. He has since become a non-executive Director. During this time, PMB was very successfully involved in trading and the development of a wide range of property ranging from City office buildings to residential development to distribution warehouses to retail.
In addition to property interests, PMB Holdings also held substantial shareholdings in the Riverside and Harbour Club Leisure Groups. In both groups, PMB was the entrepreneurial start-up shareholder – creating then selling – for £61m and £42m respectively. Philip has also been responsible for the property investment for various charities reporting to the Trustees.
During his time as Managing Director of PMB, Philip brought great skill in the negotiation, legal structuring and the buying and selling of properties and property companies with lot sizes between £2m and £40m. Philip will use his extensive property experience to review and assess any investment proposals to be made by the Fund.
